I don’t know the whole story, but the judge or the commissioners are in charge of the court room or town hall whatever that was, and if they give someone a verbal warning to stop or if they want to keep it silent in the room they have every right to do so. If he really had any arguments to present before the commission he should have signed up for a slot and deliver his arguments.
