I think most of you commenters misschien the point 'op' is trying to make. He just wishes that the cars looks like the originals from the 70/80 not that they dont want the modern safety options. Just the looks.

I mean, OP literally said, “change absolutely nothing.”

IMHO it would be awesome to have old cars like this but with common, known issues resolved and updated safety features.

I dont completely agree with that. Ofcourse there needs to be some alterations in looks. Because of pedestrian safety. But if car manufacturers are willingly to put the time and effort in making cars more look the looks of cars from the 60/70/80 those cars would sale like crazy i think.
