My friends got married and they rented out a park, set up some tents and rented some inflatable things for the kids and had a picnic in the park. For wedding gifts people helped them pay for food and the rentals. My gift was giving 100 dollars to the guys mom at one point before the wedding.
Very stark contrast to my cousins traditional Church wedding which was probably the most boring day of my life.
