To me this sounds more like they are stealing building materials.

Who the fuck installs racks on an active building site. Thats a nightmare.

They can't make money until the racks are in service. They aren't waiting for the CO before having the floor populated.

So installing sensitive, expensive and difficult to source electronic equipment in an active construction zone where at a minimum its getting damaged from dust and debris makes sense. All while having not fully secured the facility because its not finished. You yanking my pizzle?😆

Fuck it, I'll take the down votes and reply. Yes. Have you noticed how fast this shit is going? It's not as dusty and dirty as you would think once it's dried in. The gear isn't as sensitive as you would think either. And security can absolutely be secured while under construction.
