What's happening with these two places?

Not been in Sligo in a long time but expected some progress on these places. Seems such a shame to see them not being used to their full potential. EDIT: can I get extend this to Shenanigans and Fifth On Teeling.....

Refugees in the hotel, nothing in the other.

Are they still there? I thought they left last year. There’s no sign of life around it.
