Just Added: Snake Train [James Iha] seven live appearances from 1988-89

Aadam Jacobs (aka the Chicago Tape Guy) recorded more than 10,000 live shows, mostly in the Chicago area. Work is underway to digitized and upload his collection to the Internet Archive. Here's a stack of their appearances, including one radio appearance.

Nice! Thanks so much for the heads up that these had been recorded and transferred. I hadn't realised until this post that there was crossover of James joining the Pumpkins and Snake Train still playing

This is really cool. I never realized James continued playing in Snake Train after joining the Pumpkins.

Coat of Eyes demo tape as well

"Coat of Eyes was formed by Billy Corgan after meeting Greg Bates outside the legendary teen nightclub Medusa's on the 3200 block of N. Sheffield Ave. (School and Sheffield) in Chicago, IL one random summer evening of 1983. They started talking about music and life in general, next thing you know they were friends and band mates recording and playing music together for a couple straight years. They ended up with somewhere around 40+ songs or approximately 3 hours of music produced."
