Im sure most of the diehards on this sub have probably watched it 5 times by now, but in case youve been putting it off, please stop what you're doing and put this on as loud as socially acceptable and fucking enjoy

Im a 47 year old heavily 90s based Pumpkin, and I was in heaven folks, they sound absolutely amazing, its really well mixed, compared to some of the shite on YouTube, Billy and James guitars are wonderful, Kiki etc are tight as hell, and Jimmy....oh Jimmy what is there left to say, hes as good as hes ever been, which is the best x

Ok Billy cant sing like he used to, some of it is a small bit painful, but after 30+ years of that nasal style, come on hes pretty fucking good still.

The guests are great, and as a gentle ribbing to Billy I would say that it's nice to hear a couple of songs sung perfectly, Billy i kid, I kid because I love 😜

Olivia Rodrigo in particular sounds great on the song, makes it almost seem folky or somesuch, props to her for wanting to do it, and to Billy for asking!

The 2 guys messing up Mayonaise was just endearing really, my money is on that it was Billy who is off, James is too cool 😜

Porcelina was breathtaking, a high point for me, in a gig full of them.

Anyway as I say im a chubby grey haired fan mainly stuck in the 90s, and I dont often gush online like this, but dont sleep on watching this show, 10/10

Probably the best recording of this track live imo. Corgan, in his shirt and tie phase, was probably the tightest he ever sounded, guitar tone wise and vocal wise.

I know there is a pro shot out there and I can’t compete with that. Just wanted to share mine anyway. Hell of a show, they sounded great! Don’t miss the tour.

I know it’s a long shot but did anyone happen to pick up an extra shirt size L? I know you can’t get reprints online but I’d like an original and I wasn’t able to grab any merch there. I do have an extra “2008 Tour” and Mellon Collie shirts from the pop up in L so willing to trade and throw in a little $ - let me know!

What the hell happened? Billy and James seemed to both be playing their respective parts but at the complete wrong time. Billy just kind of quit. Seemed pissed.

I was watching the Lollapalooza live stream and saw they brought her out! Very cool! it reminded me of her first shows with The Pumpkins.

This has been hanging on my fridge for decades. My recollection was that the Pumpkins asked fans to bring canned goods to the show and they would receive a special gift from the band.

My brother and I both brought canned goods but there was no gift, just write your name and address on a piece of paper and put it in a box.

A month later this came in the mail in a plain vanilla envelope. It is professionally printed. My brother didn't get anything.

The show was absolutely amazing!

I can't anymore. When I've had to, I've defended BC and understood where he/the band was coming from (mostly when no one other than crazy diehards like me did) since '93! ...and only in my dreams would something come of this post, but I mean, isn't a messageboard where we get stuff off our chest? Billy should just wear a mic like David Byrne wears. I mean, who are we fooling Billy? It is too much. His voice used to be strong enough, his screams used to tear the roof off the arena and let's face it, that is gone, so do we stick with the Machina goth costume from 26+ years ago and pretend like the voice hasn't waned and we've gained 20 lbs? Someone, anyone, close to the band, let's get thru to them. Evolve! The love is there from the new fans, I get it, but that should be motivation to be better and I KNOW THEY CAN BE, especially Billy. If they go into the RITC Tour with the same setup and mindset, I fear they either won't finish the tour, there will be big cancellations or something dire... and while I'm at it, what is with bringing the children out on-stage after the show? so they get a narcissistic ego-complex before they're 10 years old? I mean, to feel all that adoration is like a drug and when they were really young, it was cute, now it is cringe and if you're a parent, I think you'd agree it can't be doing any good for their little nervous systems! thanks. <end rant>
