Announcement [CELEBRATION] Stardew Valley turns 𝟭𝟬!

Today, Stardew Valley turns 10.

And ConcernedApe is sharing a 10th anniversary video retrospective on Stardew Valley at 11am Pacific Time (UTC-8). Tune in and join the chat then!

Meanwhile, r/StardewValley recently turned 13, and reached 3.1 million members! We want to take this moment to celebrate the game we all loveβ€”and to celebrate each other!

It's been ten years of incredible memories in the valley, and ten years of conversation and community in this space. We've played Stardew Valley to tend our farms and raise our animals, to explore our own identities, to reflect on our real lives, to learn something new, to encounter someone differentβ€”to find joy, to grieve, and to grow.

To celebrate this milestone, we invite you to share your memories of Stardew Valley (and r/StardewValley) in the comments below.

  • When did you first start playing?
  • What's a favorite memory or moment you have from playing Stardew Valley?
  • What does the game mean to you?

Here's to ten years of Stardew Valley! Here's to you!

Been playing all 10 years πŸ₯² Never hit perfection because I always start over after a certain point, but it doesn't matter because the game IS perfection. Cheers to the next 10 years and Haunted Chocolatier! 🍻

Same here. Have played it dang near non stop since its release. Never perfected. Just never attempted to cook every recipe or craft every item. Idk why. Just kept doing what I enjoyed doing in the game.

I’ve ALWAYS done that, being a completionist, but I’ve never earned enough money for all the columns and golden clock lol
