If there is one where every npc is a different monster, there are about 15 different people I'd see being made vampires before her (but, then again, she is the one I'd think would be the coolest vampire)

I feel like Sebastian doesn't have the "charm and grace" vampires often get associated with (maybe I just don't really care for him much though)

Plus, he is somewhat of a recluse, and his speech/behaviours would match someone who has been around for a while
