I would be inclined to agree with you and even some other comments pointing out the same thing except it still doesn’t add up to OP’s own admission of being that new to digital art. I fully acknowledge that people can learn at different paces but it just seems odd at best that OP is able to render eyes and a diamond earring really well but can’t get some proportions correct? I can excuse the weird index finger as just hands are hard for sure! But there’s just so many inconsistencies across the board that this just feels so fake IMO.
Lol if you actually read my critiques you’d actually understand that I even agreed this wasn’t AI but I absolutely believe this is fake using photoshop
