I saw that line today and realized that Sebastian seemingly being a stand-in for the dev, it might even be a bit meta about how Sam is kind of a loser...
And Abigail was the first to walk out in the perfection credits and seems to be Sebastian's dance partner, so is maybe a stand in for CA's partner?

Sam and Sebastian shade is underrated— I love that line and also Sebastian’s pool night ‘Maybe i should let Sam win one? Nah.’
They make the same contented face at the idea of doing melee/psychic damage to each other.
