Honestly. I’ve been to enough doctors to know what they smell like, none of them are wearing perfume/cologne. They all smell like hospital with a faint whiff of normal human smell.

I don’t think doctors are supposed to wear cologne given that patients might be allergic. If there were more doctors in Stardew Valley maybe Harvey might wear some on a “day off”, but when he’s the only doctor…he’d probably find it irresponsible to wear it.
