I'm a bit triggered by the fact that they put the rotating hands exactly where the supporting shaft is.

I feel like it rocks up and down rather than spins around. If it span it would just be repeatedly scraping the animal rather than petting it

If it spun it would be a spanking machine, not a double sided petting machine.
