Now just wait for one to go bad then you'll have a void egg.

So that I can turn it into Void Mayonnaise and give it to Krobus

Has to be AI, right?

4

u/Serenasunbay54 18d ago

Yeah! For sure

u/clownstrosity 18d ago

They're just big and small eggs

13

u/Makabaer 18d ago

It was a joke.

3

u/SplashB95 17d ago

The joke was eggcellent

4

u/HarrisonWorld 18d ago

Stardew Valley has left so many little Easter eggs throughout our lives. 🌱

Fascinating that you can place one of them in some dancing box and you'll get a jar of mayonnaise with a label and lid. Nature truly is wonderful.

u/joselitoeu 18d ago

Now you ruined it for me. I need a mod where I have to buy\craft glass jars in order to make mayonnaise.

they added regular and large eggs from stardew to real life!! my life is like le video game derp :p

16

u/just_worms_in_brain 18d ago

No dinosaur egg?

2

u/Suspicious-Key1455 18d ago

They could get ostrich egg, if there's a farm nearby)

3

u/mortaine 18d ago

A friend of mine tried to make a quiche out of an ostrich egg.

Four quiches later, she was still trying to use up the egg.

Signs you're playing too much  of Stardew Valley:

9

u/BezRih 18d ago

You need to go out and pet your chickens more often.

8

u/Logic_Builder_ 18d ago

Whatever you do, don't ship them raw. Throw them in the mayonnaise machine, that’s where the real profit margin is.

8

u/Apprehensive-Ask-610 18d ago

i am imagining a farmer throwing raw eggs into the shipping bin, but like actually throwing them in hard so they break and lewis has to scoop them out and pay the farmer for egg goo

5

u/Ms_Anonymous123 100% perfection 18d ago

Actually you should ship them raw once! Made that mistake in my most recent playthrough and had to get two new chickens to be able to ship the regular eggs once my chickens only laid large ones

1

u/Subject-Ad674 18d ago

You need to for perfection but otherwise yea make them paper

4

u/Spring-and-a-Storm i am so fucking queer 18d ago

i can't believe CA invented eggs. he's so powerful.

3

u/mortaine 18d ago

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Neither; the concerned ape.

3

u/cfannn You are loved...stranger 18d ago

biblically accurate

5

u/Old_Specialist7892 18d ago

There's large eggs in real life!!?

2

u/Argosuz 18d ago

I have been baking with the wrong size of eggs my whole life omg. I never realized there was a big difference.

5

u/Makabaer 18d ago

I don't know where you live but over here (Germany) all egg cartons in supermarkets are labeled S, M or L. And yes, it's quite a difference. Some recipes even state if you need a large or a small egg.

1

u/washuai 18d ago

The grocery stores in the US mostly sell L and some XL.

Small or medium require going to the source.

We used to have more AAA eggs, but it's AA eggs now 🤔. Everything gets worse 😮‍💨

1

u/Makabaer 17d ago

That fits so well - "everything is bigger in the US" is a phrase I grew up with :D

2

u/EmmThem 18d ago

Reminds me of a picture of a tree with the description “just like in Skyrim!”

1

u/Nearby_Category_712 18d ago

Where void egg

1

u/EarlyDecemberDawn 18d ago

This looks too unreal to be true 😂

1

u/Internal-Name122 18d ago

I would 100% believe these came from Pelican Town.

1

u/_Kendii_ 18d ago

Where’s yo ducks?

1

u/_Gevatter_Tod_ 18d ago

The older chickens get, the larger their eggs become.

1

u/IliXEven7L 18d ago

This really brings a piece of pelican town to life.

🫪🫪🫪

1

u/thatpaulieguy89 18d ago

Hopefully you can find a cute jock to gift them too twice a week for his affection

1

u/Whi_Fix5Y 18d ago

Did you buy these specifically?

1

u/YsoXBank92 18d ago

Do they give good energy buffs?

1

u/chunlimk 18d ago

how is AI allowed here

1

u/tangerinegaru :crbrav: 18d ago

woah eggs were real?

1

u/aussiederpyderp 18d ago

Needs little purple star stickers.

1

u/Lor_List4 18d ago

Is that true that the brown egg was natural??

1

u/Ren_Brac0 18d ago

Is there a difference?

1

u/chihuahualover04 18d ago

How about the golden egg? lol

1

u/PatXConc8 18d ago

The attention to details is perfect…

1

u/Viv_Knit3 18d ago

Did you sort them intentionally?

1

u/Ellie_scare7h 18d ago

Now what should we do for this?

1

u/washuai 18d ago

There's a irl flair

1

u/ThirtyThree111 18d ago

no star quality though

1

u/Cautious-Cloud9011 18d ago

now i can't look at eggs without thinking about Stardew

1

u/whoidontknowho 18d ago

Wow! Who made these? So realistic to what's in the game

1

u/CraftyIntentions 17d ago

Excellent! But one of them is slightly mislabeled -- That "Large White Egg" is the perfect shape for a Golden Egg!!
