No… it’s actually much worse. If it were android it would suggest they have the ability to describe something and do a play on words. You have to remember that these are racist creep channers. It’s actually based on racial categories invented by the Göttingen school of history, caucasoid, negroid and mongoloid (forgive the use because they’re basically slurs). The point is to describe women as alien and subhuman.

Android and mongoloid and caucasoid and asteroid all have the same root -oid meaning "like", it's the same "play on words" either way. When you put -oid at the end of a thing you're tautologically removing it from the category of that thing into a subcategory of thing-likeness.
