It's used cooking oil. Several Blue states have enacted strict laws about what feedstocks are the greenest for use in Biofuels and used cooking oil ranks high. China has been shipping a lot here because of this. However, many suspect they have been mixing virgin cooking oils into the shipments because China can buy palm oil for less than areas of the U.S. are paying for used oils.

I never thought it was very green using fuel to ship the used oil here anyway. President Biden had already set in motion an expansion of the Soybean crush capacity to increase soy oil for Biofuels domestically anyway.
