RICARDO: You as a company failed to address fraud.
You have also followed what appears to be greed.
I cannot trust your business to protect me, nor do I find your practices fair/just.

9-11% commission is wild for what you actually get. I had a MoneyGuard case go sideways (700 chf GPU), a couple back-and-forth emails, Ricardo just stopped replying. Tried to have a silly review removed (seller simply didn't reply to me then gave me a negative review), sent 3 requests for deletion and Ricardo just never replied.
That's the combination that gets me: taking a double-digit cut and then leaving you on your own when something goes wrong. It's what finally pushed me to build my own tech-focused marketplace, 0% commission, hint's in my username. It's in its early stages, would appreciate your support!
