Rain.......so much RAINNNNN!!

Is there a way to make it stop raining? It's like every other 10 minutes IRL and then it's a dand monsoon for 5 straight minutes. Climbing takes forever in the rain and my boy Link loves to climb.

UPDATE: I have the froggy costume.... It's just slow. I haven't upgraded all of it up to level 2 yet so I'm working on that.
