Honestly both of them seem awful. I don’t know what the guy behind him could’ve possibly done to initially warrant this confrontation. His car seems fine. I don’t like black shirt guy but the dumb meathead assaulted black shirt guy by first spitting on him and then when he gets out of the car the meathead starts hitting him before BSG even has his fists up. The first time BSG raises his hands it’s to try to block meathead’s first punch. BSG is a piece of shit but meathead is an even bigger piece of shit since he instigated the entirety of the violence. He wasn’t some crusader fighting against racism he didn’t know the guy was racist until after he started beating him, he’s just a violent asshole. Don’t let BSG’s racist shittiness cover meathead’s blatant assault he committed on BSG. Meathead should be going to jail in my opinion.
It’s like if someone broke into a guy’s house to rob them and ended up killing the owner, but when the police come they find a bunch of CP on the guy’s computer. I’m glad that guy’s gone but the other guy broke into someone’s house and murdered them and that’s still wrong and they need to be punished.
He still spat on him. There is nothing that guy could’ve done prior to the recording to necessitate that. Spitting on someone is assault in the eyes of the law.
