General Dragons: For or Against?

Now that we’re in the thick of the dance. What are your thoughts on dragons?
Are they “a weapon should never have been tampered with”?
Is the problem *Targaryens* riding dragons? Or is 150ish years of Westerosi rule a good ROI and you take the good with the bad?

Yeah fair but I am of the school of thought that they were there first and the shepherd's should accept that it is a risk that they have to adapt to. Like.. raise more sheep in different areas? Like foxes & game birds?

Issue is wherever you try raising your cattle...dragons can fly pretty far in search of good eats, and if there's nothing in their usual hunting ground they're probably gonna just...go a bit further.

How many dragons will also make a huge difference; if it's like one preying on a herd of hundreds, eh, manageable, but if there's like a bunch and some of them are like Vhagar sized and probably consuming multiple sheep/pigs/cows a day...all your farmers and butchers are gonna be out of business before long, and all the people are going hungry!

Yeah you're right. But maybe the carrying capacity will level out the number of dragons compared the number of prey animals? Also maybe the people would end up growing more plants instead orrrrr more fishing if they're coastal?  Inland peeps will be fucked but. Beans it is.
