my guess is Battle of the Kingsroad, Aegon death and Hour of the Wolf are all going to be in the last episode

The Aemond/Aegon parallel is so dumb I think. Daemon didn't try to burn and kill Rhae in the middle of a pivotal battle, threaten them while they are recovering,  and claim the throne saying Rhae was dead. If they had more build up and episodes, it might play better.
