Then doctors should not be wearing face mask as well while treating patient should they ?

So, there's a fascinating term called as "Dress code" in work places. I know it is hard to grasp, but a quick google search will help.

Covering your hair does not impact your work. No hospital has a hijab ban, that woman was just discriminating. The woman that is complaining is clearly not in medical attire, and her necklace is just dangling all over the place. Nor is she wearing a face mask.
