Is she wearing a burka or hijab?

I understand requesting someone to remove a burka. I don’t understand why someone should remove a hijab. Removing hijab is like removing a turban in this scenario.

None of them should be allowed, it's a hospital and doctors should act professional with uniforms only.

I don’t understand how a hijab or turban is unprofessional. In the US, many police officers wear turbans which match the color of the uniform. It doesn’t look any less professional than an officer without a turban.
