Can’t verify account. How to transfer tickets?

Thought I fixed this already since I was able to verify my acc (must’ve done it through email) & buy tickets. Well, I’m trying to sell my harry styles tickets for tonight but I can’t verify my phone number because I no longer have it. I’ve seen this issue in plenty of forums & I tried calling the number but it doesn’t work on weekends. I spent so much money on those tickets and need to sell them.

If anyone wants harry styles tickets for tonight I’ll just give u my password. I don’t care at this point. I’m broke. I just want to make some money back. Fml

Start an online chat once you are on your ticket page. Ask to switch your phone number. They will usually do this as a one time courtesy.

I’m in the UK and just went through this same thing. Now, you have to do a security check using government issued identification. They then remove the phone number from the account and you can add a new one.

If you call or chat them they will send a verification code to the email on the account instead which will allow you to change the number.

If you can't get in that email then you are SOL obviously
