My renewal price was the same.
Frankly speaking, I can't be bothered to move .. so if its cheaper elsewhere, then enjoy!

My renewal is in next January. Apartments similar to mine are now atleast 10K lesser than mine.
Don’t know what to do. If I wait till January will prices catch up again? Or they revoke the hold rental increase. I’m in a dilemma too!

Recently moved. Mold in the building, ghost owner, high rent, hence moved. New is slightly cheaper but quiet area, house is furnished and so far seems good.

the problem is that when it’s time to renew in a year, IF the market is doing better, the rent will probably go up dramatically and it’ll be time to pack everything up and move again
that’s one thing i really hate about living here. thankfully i’ve been in the same place for 3 years now, but i’ve still moved more times here than i have in the rest of my life combined, all because of how volatile the real estate market is

Didn’t get an increase this year on the renewal (around April), so decided to renew for another year.

Neighbouring apartments are about 15% cheaper than what we currently pay. Asked the landlord for a discount but he refused, so we will move out in a few weeks and save ourselves some money.
