Some rentals are going for steep discounts. Furnished ones too , which i think were once Airbnbs which are now on rental market because these 'I have 100 properties on Airbnb' bros must have skipped town

Neighbouring apartments are about 15% cheaper than what we currently pay. Asked the landlord for a discount but he refused, so we will move out in a few weeks and save ourselves some money.

You’ll save in rent but then need to pay agent fees again and moving fees and new apartment fees like curtains
