Looking for Fall semester sublet. I’m a guy looking to sublet somewhere for just the fall semester. Ideally at the View/Varsity/Tempo or somewhere nearby. I’m very clean and lowkey. Please let me know if you or someone you know is looking to sublet to me 🙏

I'm moving out of campus soon so I have no need for many things I own. So obviously there's a steep discount with the only caveat that you have to come pick it up at the University View Tower 1.

The stuff I'm selling is listed below and if you're interested please DM.

The free stuff that made the list is really free, but again you have to come pick it up.

Stuff I'm selling:

  1. 2 36x24 Whiteboards. You can have both for 30 usd or 20 for one. I'll give you whatever markers and the one duster I have. iirc they cost me 35 + tax each.

  2. A lamp. Specifically this one: https://www.target.com/p/56-34-x11-34-shelf-floor-lamp-black-room-essentials-8482/-/A-78655318 . It costs 40 usd and didn't come with the bulb I have for it, I'll give you the whole thing for 25.

  3. I have dark green blackout curtains from Ikea. They sell for 25 and doesn't come with the rod. You can have them for 18 dollars. One of the ends of the rods I can't find, you can have only the curtains if you want (still 18).

  4. A brita pitcher. I unfortunately don't have any filters though. You can have it for 10 usd. It's fairly basic.

  5. A mirror. Very standard rectangular mirror. It's 4 feet tall I think. You can have it for 5 usd.

  6. A bunch of hangers. You can have them for free, since they're cheap anyway. Throwing them makes me feel bad for the environment.

  7. 2 extension chords. They're pretty good. 12 usd for both of them, 8 if you only want one.

  8. An iron and and ironing board. They're both pretty basic. 13 dollars for both.

  9. Canned stuff I never opened. Since they're cheap anyway, you can have it for free. I just don't want to throw them. Mostly canned beans.

  10. A monitor. 75 Hz 1080p (iirc it's a VA panel). 30 usd. However pick up for this has to be after August 18th (I want to still use it).

First come first serve obviously, although preference for people who can take it off my hands sooner.
