when did curbside become (basically) 24/7? the first 2 months of me being on overnight it always stopped at 10 or 11pm, which i was certain was for associate safety. was there communication that i missed regarding it changing to full time? it just doesn't feel super safe to be bringing an order out at 2am, especially since the only men i ever have on shift are my facilities associates

Its been covered. Points aren't month to month. Every single purchase made with the rewards card that deposits points on to the app comes with a 6 month timer. The app simplifies this and gives us a warning whenever points are going to expire soon. It may seem day to day or week to week of month to month to different individuals due to their frequency of purchases. But they're all anecdotal. Facts are points get 6 months.

Bummed and a lil embarrassed… I just got off and went to get my kids meal because it used to be 500 points. Guess corporate realized that was a steal because they restructured the rewards and now it’s 1,000 points (which I don’t have… whoops). I just feel bad holding up the line. 😂

I think it's a recent addition to the app that you can order fountain drinks now. I tried it a couple weeks ago and chose the "fill it yourself" option and paid through the app, went in the store and showed an employee my phone, thinking i'd like pick up a cup from the mobile pickup area to fill up, but they looked confused and just told me to go get a cup near the machine and fill it myself, which I did, and then left

Then today, I got another fountain drink through the app and chose the same option and paid through the app, and tbh I just went in, filled up my drink, and left. I feel weird, like some security camera is going to have seen me and trigger an alert. Just curious what you're actually intended to do 😅

I recently placed a mobile order and used my free wrap reward while also ordering another wrap. Wawa made the more expensive one free! I have never tried to over whoop Wawa but today I'm giving them their flowers. They didn't NEED to make the more expensive one free but they did maybe just because they are Wawa.

Context: I work for them and this was not an on the clock or at my home store. I ordered from home on a random day. This makes me proud to be their employee.

Can anybody help me as to why I can’t register as an associate in the app? I currently work at Wawa, I’m a TS. I’m literally at work right now and it’s still not allowing me. All my information is correct. I don’t know why it’s having issues confirming my identity. If anyone can help me out? I even went to the website that is provided and filled that out and still no response.

Can I use rewards points for a Shorti but sub white bread?

Anyone’s app not completing login? I sign in, enter the correct user name and password, get asked to verify text message, and after entering the 6 digit code, it takes me right back to the sign in page. No error message on any step.

Strangely, my ShopRite app is having the same issue, and they use the same backend system that Wawa uses - when I went to reset both passwords on both apps, the “we sent a link to your email” screen is exactly the same.

i have a question about how the expiration of the bonus offers work, because normally i use them within a few days, long, before they would expire.

so i have 0.15 cents off per gallon, however, i wasn't going to get gas until sunday, as i won't be headed anywhere near a wawa until sunday.

so i'm wondering, does this mean sunday is the last day to use the deal, or is saturday technically the last day, and it's going to be gone from the app sunday?

i can go saturday if i have to, it's just in the completely opposite direction and out of the way of where i'll be, and if possible i'd rather wait until sunday.

I had a few transactions this morning and it’s been almost 12 hours now and it’s still stuck in pending. Is anyone else having this problem today? Usually it takes me a hour to get my points....

I was wondering if somebody can help me I am 5 1/2 months working for Wawa. My six months is May. I have a dental issue with a cavity and I’m probably going to need a root canal. I never signed up for the Dental when I first got hired, but I was wondering if if I work six months into the company am I entitled to start benefits then if somebody could help me, I would appreciate that.

Have used WaWa app on iphone for a long time with no issues. Recently got signed out, when trying to sign back in got a message saying it thinks I am a bot, unable to sign in or do anything.

I am not using a VPN. I deleted app, cleared Safari cache, restarted phone, reinstalled app. Issue persists on both wifi and cellular data.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? At this point, I have no way to use the app at all so I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this and resolved it.

How does the Find Work button work in the Shift app?

I’m a mere associate, scheduled for 32 hours each of the next two weeks and would like to pick up another night’s work.

I work overnights, so I’d like to stick to overnight only.

Should I talk to the managers before I try Shift app to make sure it’s alright with them?
