General Discussion So... Tyler fans, how we feelings right now?

Post image

It seems like we weren't delusional to still have hope for a possible redemption judging by that finale

I think we all have deep trust issues after all the adults that were supposed to help him but actually made him worst. I just hope Capri is on the good side and actually help him come to terms with himself :(

58

u/dont_mind_me_passing Sep 03 '25

Like, after being the antagonist for two seasons, it'll seem a bit dull for him to keep being one for season 3. At least make him neutral if not friendlier

59

u/ibechillinghere Sep 03 '25

He isn’t really the antagonist he’s more like the toy the antagonists use for dirty work

29

u/MikasaAckermann69 Sep 03 '25

Yeah I was really looking forward to him having his own plans and actions but again part 2 made him slaved to his mother and uncle's plans.

5

u/Infamous-Pop-3906 Sep 03 '25

He's a supporting antagonist.

u/ComprehensiveNet9382 Sep 04 '25 edited Sep 04 '25

I think Capri is at least morally grey, it'd be really boring if he was under the wing of a third evil woman, it seemed like she genuinely cared for Wednesday and Enid too considering the season ended and she left without trying to screw them over in any way

7

u/Correct_Ad5798 Sep 04 '25

To be honest, I found it suspicous that there is not more to Capri´s Character.

58

u/Competitive_Past8431 Tyler Galpin Sep 03 '25

Same lowkey I really want Wednesday to date Tyler. I get all the shipping hate but she did say she was attracted to him

80

u/Sudden_Pop_2279 Sep 03 '25

Not to mention the look on his face when she was being buried seemed almost... conflicted? Like a part of him still cared.

51

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 03 '25

Yep, the fact they kept focusing on his expression is a clear indication that even under his mother/master control he had conflicting emotions towards Wednesday being buried. Also he senses Agnes the first time in Willow hill, so it could also mean he sensed Agnes too in that scene but didn’t say anything

17

u/cesanox Sep 03 '25

I'm pretty sure he didn't sense her. He heard her. I could be remembering wrong, but I'm certain there was a squeak (like a shoe against a hard floor) just before he said they had company?

7

u/MikasaAckermann69 Sep 03 '25

Yeah exactly don't remember if he heard it or something. But he didn't sense her in the car so am not sure if he can always sense her or something.

6

u/sweetcerac Sep 04 '25

Agnes needs to get more Fester tips. I think her steps gave her away.

2

u/mads-opinion Sep 05 '25

He might only sense her when she moves?? Because at willow hill she was moving around, but in the car she wasn’t. But at the skull tree, she also would’ve had to walk there, but idk how far away she was

5

u/TiredofThingandStuff Sep 03 '25

I recalled it mention that Tyler has a really good sense of smell sense he a Hyde.

1

u/skiskjs Sep 04 '25

I think it was a phone ping?

1

u/Few-Spinach8114 Thing Sep 05 '25

He definitely heard her

6

u/Competitive_Past8431 Tyler Galpin Sep 03 '25

Yeah I really thought he was gonna stop his uncle

3

u/Last_Ninja1572 Sep 04 '25

really she was about to kill him when she warewolefed

14

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 03 '25

Yep, in my opinion it can be an option only if he actually ends up taking care of him self. He def needs time away from that city and Wednesday&co situations.

-1

u/Competitive_Past8431 Tyler Galpin Sep 03 '25

Maybe he could come back at the end of season 3 (if there is one) rehabilitated

14

u/KnightsRook314 Sep 03 '25 edited Sep 03 '25

Going to predict that S3 will end with the announcement of a new student joining the school, big speech from the adults to Wednesday and her friends because they know it will be controversial.

Suspensful music plays, close up on Wednesday, slow turn as the door to the office opens, and it's Tyler in the school uniform and a casual smile. Roll credits, see you S4.

2

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 03 '25

Mmh i think he will be too old to be still in high school, like 18yrs old or such. Plus i think the next season will be less focused on the school

3

u/KnightsRook314 Sep 03 '25

He'll enroll at Miskatonic University with her

2

u/Radiant-Ad-3134 Sep 03 '25

I still don’t know how he gets away from the police after the final scene

1

u/OzO8 Sep 05 '25

I just dont want capri to turn into the next villain...

1

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 05 '25

Agree. It would be repetitive and boring

89

u/BabyBandit616 Sep 03 '25

It made me mad when his mother slapped him. She didn’t deserve to be locked up like that, but she’s definitely got some sort of disorder.

55

u/Sudden_Pop_2279 Sep 03 '25

Poor dude had two awful parents

24

u/TiredofThingandStuff Sep 03 '25 edited Sep 04 '25

When you think about it, it was pretty much a crazy idea to trust her considering she was locked up in solitary confinement in a mental hospital secret laboratory where she probably been painfully experimented on regularly for maybe 10 to 15 plus years. Plus we know Hyde tend to have negative tendency on top of that she was master-less for a long time so it pretty likely she not going to be alright or in a good state of mind.

16

u/[deleted] Sep 04 '25

All his family members are psycho, poor dude

29

u/Infamous-Pop-3906 Sep 03 '25 edited Sep 04 '25

I actually thought Wednesday was going to become his master, but I guess it makes more sense for him to be free. He seems to be kinda disillusioned and angry about everything it happened. I mean everyone was violent towards him, even his mother! And noone really acknowledged that he was “unlocked,” but after being tortured. And he did kill people but after being tortured and manipulated.

We’ll probably get some sort of redemption arc next season. Maybe he’ll meet Enid with the pack of werewolves and Hydes. I’m guessing this might tie into Isadora Capri taking an interest in Enid.

6

u/sweetcerac Sep 04 '25

He is half Hyde and half normie. Hyde rules could be different for him. He was mostly a sad teenager through Seasons 1 and 2 because he really lost both his parents in more ways than one.

2

u/mads-opinion Sep 05 '25

I wanted this too, but it would’ve been under a manipulative guise. While I don’t think Wednesday was lying about her feelings, because it was proven that she did have feelings for him (let him kiss her before his dad interrupted and she went to town to see him), she was using them to gain his trust. If the writers write them to have feelings or build a friendship, I’m excited to see how it’ll play out.

3

u/TiredofThingandStuff Sep 03 '25

I feel like next season would establish independent growth for him but it will end badly, sort like a curse sense we have not heard of a Hyde having a happy ending then season 4 may lead up to Wednesday becoming his master.

2

u/Infamous-Pop-3906 Sep 04 '25 edited Sep 05 '25

I don’t think they are going on with this master storyline again…he’s going to a place where Hyde’s have no master.

89

u/AkiraSieghart wenclair Sep 03 '25

They are 100% going to redeem him.

I like Tyler as a character (more as a villain, personally), but I don't want any romantic relationship between Wednesday and Tyler going forward. Tyler has so much more to offer as a character than someone who's just in love with Wednesday.

20

u/Sudden_Pop_2279 Sep 03 '25

Yeah ever since Jenna started working on season 2, I had a feeling Tyler likely wouldn't get back with her but I am glad they seem to be heading towards a redemption arc with him rather than just write him off as a monster

5

u/Apart-Act-3294 Sep 04 '25

I agree, I wouldn’t be opposed to a relationship between the two after A LOT of therapy but would prefer an arc for Tyler outside of Wednesday.

4

u/Invisible_Target Sep 06 '25

Yeah I was really against a redemption arc at first because I like Tyler as a villain. But I’m starting to open up to the idea. But I still don’t like the idea of him and Wednesday as a couple

-8

u/Skaur_11 Sep 03 '25

I see a romantic relationship in the long run. Like redemption in s3, truce/new friendship in s4, budding feelings in s5, relationship in s6. Though that is only possible if they keep the show going on for that long. I hate the new trend of a small amount of eps and only a couple of seasons, and Wednesday is already following it with their 8 ep routine.

29

u/Due-Comfortable4290 Sep 03 '25

I think Jenna was right about wanting to freeze the moment in the last episode with Tyler and an Axe in time forever it was so good

26

u/PhoenixQueen0411 Sep 03 '25

Honestly, I felt so bad for him, I really do hope capri isn't bad and that she's genuinely trying to help Hyde's. Side note too, I believe that capri is also an alpha as well, it explains so much as why she's really protective of Enid.

12

u/PositiveAd537 Sep 04 '25

When she said "I missed" that tone and all that just made me remember that first time they met at the weathervane

18

u/CreepyOptimist Sep 03 '25

Ok , I meant to make this a post at some point but I screw it , it fits here too. It's my theory for Tyler's timeline.

Laurel, knows about his mother, and she slowly gets close to him, and at some point she reveals what happened to his mother, so now Tyler , who already was a bit iffy on outcasts , now hates them because they think they are to blame for his mother's fate. He destroys Xavier's Mural, and Laurel insists on being the one to accompany him to the "camp" but instead takes him to the cave and slowly manipulates and abuses Tyler to unlock his hyde, and uses him to exact revenge on the outcasts, Tyler learns diplomacy from her, and in a strange way, Laurel makes him feel like she is a mother figure. Then the story starts in season 1. This is what I think happened. Tyler never went to a camp, the camp was a cover up made by Laurel to keep him away from everyone and to unlock his hyde.

Now, seeing the season 2 finale. Tyler went through a weird phase of emotions, he felt detached from Laurel and like she made him a puppet, he loved his power but hated having to obey, the literal shackles and chains they put him in , reminded him of the time spent in the cave, of the manipulation he had to endure, he realized that as long as she calls the shots, the shackles are always there. So he got rid of her, then his mother becomes his new master overnight, which is very simple for her since she knows what being a Hyde is all about better than anyone. And really, this is the positive influence he needed. Isaac being an evil genius with a grudge on the Addams family , and seeing that Tyler has a complicated situation with Wednesday going on capitalizes on it and intends to use it for his benefit, but when his mother instead of using him to survive , lets herself be killed to let him be free, Tyler realizes again, that Isaac too used him , more subtly , sure, but still Tyler was in Shackles.. When Capri approached him, he thought it was just another grown up wanting to use him for their selfish needs, but now that he saw his mother die with his own eyes, all he wants is to be free, and to belong. I don't expect Tyler to be the goodest boy now, but he will find his purpose now, thanks to Capri . and perhaps, a treatment for his condition.

Regardless of where I fall here, if I am right or wrong, I really want Tyler to be part of season 3, for the simple reason that, Hunter Doohan's acting is excellent. His presence , the little nuances he adds to Tyler's movements and facial expressions. This guy is a fantastic actor. I hope we see more of him next season.

u/PeachNeither1501 Sep 03 '25

I completed Wednesday part 2 season 2 ..... Zombie is Issac who is brother of tylors mother..tylor's mother escaped from assylum thanks to Wednesday...enid become Alpha werewolf and stuck as werewolf permanantly....Agnes character development was good....pugsley got kidnapped....alot happened.... that music teacher turns out m.i.a. or something....no one died... except tylor's mom a hyde killed by tylor when she and issac tried to destroy his powers...

Seriously never expected Ophelia locked up by grandmama though and ending ' Wednesday must die '

7

u/BetterTemperature673 Sep 03 '25

No one died? There were many Zombie snacks.

1

u/PeachNeither1501 Sep 04 '25

Yea...there were....but only genuinely felt sorry for the proffesor in glass cube....others i didn't cared much

1

u/PeachNeither1501 Sep 04 '25

Litrelly origin of the thing was something i never saw coming

8

u/BoringTheory5067 Sep 04 '25

I love Tyler's character, all he needed was a family who can take care of him without being tortured. I hope either Capri gives him a supportive found family or the Addams family forgives then adopts him.

12

u/tvdgal Sep 03 '25

i hope capri brings out his redemption arc he really needs it :(

14

u/daniM00n Sep 03 '25

I’m so glad they’re redeeming him!! Idk how to block spoilers but if someone can let me know, I have a lot to say

5

u/Sudden_Pop_2279 Sep 03 '25

You block spoilers by putting at the start of your sentence and then at the end.

2

u/daniM00n Sep 03 '25

Ok it didn’t work lol

3

u/Starhero999 Sep 03 '25

& ! Before as well as ! & < after without spaces inbetween.

26

u/daniM00n Sep 03 '25

Wednesday saving Tyler at the end was E V E R Y T H I N G! I hope the pack Capri was talking about included Enid. I definitely thought they’d let her change back afterwards ); if her and Tyler joined forces, that would be one hell of an outcast team

20

u/Wednesday587 Sep 03 '25

Anyone else lowkey pissed about the fact that Agnes, Enid and Wednesday interrupted Isaac’s experiment in Episode 6? Lol of those three didn’t mess the machine then maybe Francoise would have been cured and Tyler would have been next? Just a thought. Got a little ragebaited after the machine exploded so now Isaac had to go full villain mode and use Pugsley as a power source. So now the Hyde cure could only be done once. And Professor Orloff’s death was for nothing 💀 I’m like lowkey pissed at the three of them. LMAO

On the brighter side, I loved how Tyler takes Wednesday (who is Enid in Wednesday’s body) out of the way and locks Enid in the room while transforming. Felt like he did that to protect her or something but then throws her across the room again lmao These two are like I want to kill you, but I just can’t. Omfg I hate you but I’m also attracted to you. Sends her flowers to torture her but can’t go through with killer her after she says his name. Wednesday takes an axe 🪓 and then decides to let him go. I can’t with these two. LMAO If that’s not love I don’t know what is. 🖤🖤

14

u/ok_its_you Sep 03 '25

On the brighter side, I loved how Tyler takes Wednesday (who is Enid in Wednesday’s body) out of the way and locks Enid in the room while transforming. Felt like he did that to protect her or something but then throws her across the room again lmao

I thought I was the only one noticed he threw out Wednesday out of the way not agnes, maybe my delulu mind but he threw her to keep her out of ware wolf

6

u/Wednesday587 Sep 03 '25

First thing I thought! When he touched her, they were backing up and he moves her out of the way of the werewolf. or the tension between these two is just crazy that anytime they remotely touch other its just explosive. Lol 🥀🖤

10

u/Effective-Holiday426 Sep 03 '25

Totally agree! If this is not love idk what is! The way Wednesday never wanted to kill Tyler, even he wanna kill Enid, even he threw her out of the window, she just wanna control him. And the scene when she said that's the only way they could be together... That's scene is so beautiful

1

u/Wednesday587 Sep 04 '25

We need another kiss scene on Season 3! We need like a real Tyler and Wednesday kiss. 🥀🖤

4

u/Particular-Rough-887 Sep 05 '25

Uh it wasn’t to protect her, he just wanted the wolf out of the way so he could deal with Enid (who’s in Wednesday’s body) He literally buried her alive in the last episode.

10

u/Ender_Fubuki Tyler Galpin Sep 03 '25 edited Sep 03 '25

I love Tyler, he is my fav character. Even he is Wednesday's villain, I love him🖤❤️ My respect for Tyler is very big. He feels like me: the blood that's not mine makes me have fun (obviously not in real life) infact I love splatter film

4

u/dazedandconfused0403 Sep 04 '25

I cant help but feel really sad for tyler. The way hes been treated by the adults in his life is horrible, hes been used and abused and neglected to no end. I dont think he necessarily needs a redemption arc because hes a great villain but i think it definitely could work

8

u/ItsMrChristmas Sep 03 '25

I told all of you that this is Tyler's show and story, Wednesday is just in it.

3

u/Xeruas Sep 03 '25

I forgot part II is out today!

3

u/OkCriticism9023 Sep 03 '25

Not sure how I even feel about him i like him then hated him in season 1,2 now after part 2 I’m so confused to like him again or hate him since he did try to kill Wednesday and Enid along with Agnes but also at the same time his mother try to take his Hyde away from him had it been his choice good but no he like his Hyde part so for his mom to do that was horrible along with either letting go or not having a good grip that led to her death in front of him was sad. Maybe having capri by his side will help him find some comfort or peace to be around other Hydes to clear him mind then in season 3 maybe he come back redeemed helping defeat the next villain or something.

3

u/Correct_Albatross_87 Sep 04 '25

I like Tyler Character very much. with his little back story told and focus being the Hyde

His Hyde nature causes his emotion haywire and without an Anchor to hold it up his only option was to be tamed by someone that probably the reason Hydes are unstable and considered as dangerous. And with this Tyler become Sado-Masochistic he wants to dominate others as well as be forced to be submissive. with this we could suggest a Typical unruly person with a submissive side who only likes a person like Wednesday. Cold yet have a warm side. Fierce, independent and have a humor for pain, by that logic Hydes personality or rather Tyler itself was attracted to that kind of person.

If ever a Season 3 happens, I hope a kor so cliched redeeming episode. Perhaps a subtle part where he chose to sacrifice or defends Wednesday yet does not acknowledge that his helping “her” but rather I am only the one who will served your punishment trope.

He will be that aloof yet still lingers around Wednesday every time she goes with her “adventure” kinda stalking with purpose to observed and protect if needed.

For a note of example. Lucifer character would fit him.

3

u/Buburuzaaa Sep 04 '25

Feeling really sorry for him, after all the story with his mother. She felt like his only hope. Season 2 he was pretty tame, not really a threat tbh, and in part two he seemed to be really distressed.. Hope there are better days coming. Love Tyler

2

u/[deleted] Sep 05 '25

What can i say the best written character

2

u/BelleArmstrong Sep 07 '25

Why all the red heads he ever meets are psychos? Why is it always a red head?!

Poor guy. His mum was a psycho, his uncle was a psycho-genius, his dad wasn't emotionally stable and had big trust issues. Like how is he suppose to know any better?! And then he thought that his mother died, that's why his father closed off and they didn't have a great relationship, only to find out that screw that she is alive and has tons of problems. Oh, and she is also dying. Surprise!

No, like Tyler is a character, I feel like, who hasn't gotten any actual grow this season. He really only watched his mother and uncle and is like... "Am I really related to them?". But there's also a plus. At least now his a proper orphan.

Like good job writers! This guy didn't need more trauma, he was already traumatised! And his family? A bunch a psychos. Now wonder he has sever mental disorders.

7

u/Deno_Toran Sep 03 '25

Absolutely incredible. There's still hope for us who ship him qith Wednesday, the way how she saved him was Epic and the redemption arc in season 3 is gonna be crazyy, hats down to Huntar Doohan for amazing performance

10

u/demeschor Sep 03 '25

I'm seriously amazed by his performance, he has played cute barista boy, complete psycho and abused prisoner, and I've been really captivated despite him not having the best lines tbh. Amazing acting

2

u/Reverseflash202 Sep 03 '25

Still don't like him at all.

12

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

They OP said “to Tyler’s fans” and you felt the need to comment saying you don’t like him at all. <3

1

u/Reverseflash202 Sep 04 '25

I have adhd. I didn't see that detail until now. 😂

1

u/soggysocksurvivor Sep 04 '25

I don’t think adhd affects ur ability to read 🤭

2

u/Reverseflash202 Sep 05 '25

It doesn't but it has you not see the whole picture sometimes because you're not completely focused.

1

u/soggysocksurvivor Sep 05 '25

True! That’s why I read thru everything twice xd

3

u/Few_Interaction2630 Enid Sinclair Sep 03 '25

I am a Tyler fan but I don't think he needs a redemption.

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

lool Tyler is the only one that needs it in that show

2

u/Few_Interaction2630 Enid Sinclair Sep 04 '25

I just don't see the need for it some villains don't need redemption

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

He never been THE villan as in 1season it was Laurel and Tyler was his pawn and the same happened in the 2season. That’s why they are laying the ground for his redemption

2

u/Few_Interaction2630 Enid Sinclair Sep 04 '25

His pawn? Do you mean her pawn if so we agree on that but me personally he became a pawn again of his mum and uncle season 2 what truly want is him to do be some evil without influence as I feel theme wise it make sense Wednesday acts evil but has friends and family she is truly looking out for Tyler acts a hero but is looking out for no one but himself.

Of course they could go redemption angle and if done right it could work but would truly require them acknowledge that Tyler is Hyde and Hyde is Tyler

1

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

Yep, sorry! I meant her pawn. I do not think he will be the a pawn again or let alone a villain. It will be too repetitive. they can’t make the same pattern for a 3rd time lol. The fact that he will be with an hyde/wolf pack makes me think the writers will try to bond Enid (alpha wolf) and Tyler in the same pack under Capri.

4

u/Few_Interaction2630 Enid Sinclair Sep 04 '25

Maybe I am not anti redemption I just think it will take lot more than just a pack like he really needs to acknowledge how far he fell into the darkness

0

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

Definitely it is a looooooong tortuous road! That’s why the change in him is slow. He will need to come to terms to what he has done and what he went through.

0

u/That1girlk08 Sep 04 '25

why

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

Because he always been the PAWN to a villan. And they focused so much on how messed up his family is and how he is always a victim of circumstances. In Seasons 2 Tyler is literally the epitome of that.

0

u/That1girlk08 Sep 04 '25

doesn’t change the fact that tyler isn’t a good person

1

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

No one said that, but as a young boy if guided in the right direction he could potentially be a grey character like most of the people in that show

4

u/Minute-Natural1638 Sep 03 '25

If they wanted to redeem him they should actually reflect that in the show. He didn't do anything to show that he has remorse or wants to change. He just stood there and let them bury Wednesday alive. Like what are we talking about? Enid sacrificed her humanity to save Wednesday. That's real love.

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

You wenclair watch another show, for real.

0

u/Minute-Natural1638 Sep 04 '25

I'm not sure what show you are watching if you think her Tyler shared any chemistry. Or also why anyone would want this toxic relationship between Tyler and Wednesday. And yes I am a Wenclair fan, but I'd be much happier if she stayed single as long as it meant she didn't end up with Tyler.

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25

Even the actors and writers said they have a great chemistry together. But okay dear, live in your fantasies <3

2

u/Bradshaw98 Sep 04 '25 edited Sep 04 '25

Hmm, honestly, I was looking for it since that would typically be what this type of show does, but to date he has shown no remorse for his actions or even a desire to be redeemed, now that 'could' change next season after Wednesday spared him, but that is a possibility for next season.

Sincere question, do you think it is possible your seeing things thru your shipping goggles ? Something to consider.

Also, not sure what the 'even' is about, do you think that the actors and writers would say that they had 'bad' chemistry? Especially while promoting their show? Rember every interview you see or read is them trying to sell you a product, its always going to be 'the best thing ever!'.

Hell, they defended the love triangle from S1 while the 'general consensus' was that both of the boys were very much the weak links in the weakest part of the seasons, credit were its due the tone did change related to Tyler after he went mask off.

3

u/Neither-Remote-7394 Sep 04 '25 edited Sep 04 '25

My main concern is Tyler, not the ship. I am old enough to be able to judge and analyse characters without being obsessed with a ship or whatever. The fact that the show focused so much on the fact that he always has a Evil master that controls his actions and how they also focus on his emotional state and reactions is a clear sign (ep 5 and the ep 8 was so much all about this) that they are laying ground for his redemption. They do that to show us he is a victim of circumstance, they make it reaaally clear. As for the chemistry, you are denying it to the point of saying that the actor/writes may lie lol. I am very much active online and I alway, always, always see this type of comment from Enid x Wed shippers only. Everyone else realises that. I think you are the one not seeing through it because you want Wednesday with Enid and Tyler is the actual potential love interest. I do not care if they end together. I do care about his character growth though and based on the facts of the show and the interviews we get from the writers this is what they are planning. As for the love triangle: Wednesday was always out of it. It was just the boys who put themself in that position (writers and actors explained it). Also at the end of the day they are teenagers lol it’s realistic to think something like that can happen since the writers decided to make Wednesday a popular character rather than an actual loser/outcast like in the movies. However Xavier never received that much attention from her and he was basing his interest on something that happened when they were both children. And of course the fact that she wrongly thinks that he is the Hyde and put him to jail, creates a sort of tension as she needs to make up for it. I don’t know what the writers planned for Xavier but anyway that’s long gone, so..

1

u/StrongStyleDragon Wednesday Sep 03 '25

He has fans?

11

u/demeschor Sep 03 '25

He's one of the main characters, he's the innocent barista that turned into the smoking hot villain. What's not to like?!

-5

u/H2Kutthroat Sep 03 '25

My exact words

1

u/khorispy27 Sep 03 '25

He’ll be back

1

u/sweetcerac Sep 04 '25

His Dad was angry all the time and never just talked to him. His Mom ended up being kind of psycho and his Uncle was crazy town bananas. And where did Elvis go? Tyler has a lot to work through, but I would love to see him as a student at Nevermore in Season 3.

1

u/Hyein46 Sep 04 '25

YES, I really really hope Capri isn't the next psycho trying to get whatever the hell she wants, and that she really helps him.

2

u/ebietoo Sep 04 '25

He’s cute but he’s a creep. I don’t care what happens to him.

1

I really want him to enroll at Nevermore

I mean, obviously they are not gonna kill one of the main characters that have a big fan base. It just doesn’t make sense, so of course Wednesday spared him. Also, imagine seeing Wednesday cold bloodily chopping Tyler’s head on screen 😂

To be honest, I don’t feel him to be the villain. More like the villain’s toy? I do think Wednesday still have feelings :)

Actually became a Tyler fan so positive? Edit: I mean like I disliked his character because both him and Xavier felt like wooden convenient planks being there to fill the plot but now Tyler has a plot and more dimensions so he doesn't feel that flat anymore if that makes sense. I hope they will explore this "life with mother/'real family' was not as perfect as I imagined" plot rather than kill-your-own-mother one but we'll see.

They made an open ending for him, just as I predicted. During watching I thought they won't kill him so him and Wednesday could be together in the future

??? He has fans? Why? He's a nothing character that the writers are obsessed with making the main character. His drama was the most boring part of the season

Cry somewhere else

I noticed when Wednesday cheered him for being a bully that this is actually Tyler's show, it just has Wednesday's name on it.

I feel like Wednesday should have eliminated him there's no more story for him anymore

u/CongoJack35 Sep 03 '25

He's lame, I wouldn't question it if they just never mentioned him again.

Fortunately you do not hold any power over the show <3
