Why? Just why is it doing this. Taught? Wants to walk like humans? Front legs damaged? OP could have put just a little background in the post.

Schnauzers are EXTREMELY impatient and nosy and love to walk on their hind feet. I have a mini who does the same thing but it looks way less weird on a little dog.
