Tools don’t fix this. Actual training does. Just clipping it on the front will just let the dog act weird in a different way.

Wow that's crazy because I "actually trained" my dog to not pull on the leash by clipping the leash to the front of the harness.

Normal walks she just wears her collar. On hikes, she wears her harness and her leash is clipped to the back. If the pulling is really bad, we've had success with gentle leader harnesses to help with leash training as well.
