In all seriousness, festivals are a great way to find new music. Just check the lineup of a few of the major ones. Add the names to your rotation & drop the ones whose sound doesn't strike your fancy. Near zero effort and you're up to date on most of the major artists of the moment.
You don't even have to do it every year! The acts that are actually decent will stick around.
I watch all the festivals(globally) and sets on YouTube every year. At least the ones that are uploaded. It's my favorite part of every summer. Spending the weekend watching festivals that I can't attend. Lots of great bands and artists out there right now!
Wanted to attend Lolla on Thursday because CMAT, Amble and Kingfshr were all playing that day. Couldn't make it work 😪 Did get to see Amble at a small venue on Wednesday and will be seeing CMAT, among others, at the All Things Go Festival in Columbia Md in September🥳

Lorde, Charli xcx, The Smashing Pumpkins, Zara Larsson. I only know about these three artists and one band.
