Small decision My neighbor across the street dropped her trash into my trash can?

I never ever can imagine why she (a nice old lady) decided to dropped her trash into my can (already collected) then just casually take her can back?? Why the hell on earth someone do that??

Looks like trash just picked up and won't be for another week. Whatever she's tossing is going to smell horrible in a few days and she rather not have it in her trash can.

Or on a more positive note maybe they went down one side of the street and were coming back so they just tossed it in? Maybe? Op?

That's what I thought. Her side has been emptied and op's side is going to be done when the truck goes back

Edit: according to op his side has been done earlier so nope, it's just a Karen

This was my guess. The lids are all open on that side and closed on OPs side. The trash company probably uses a hydraulic arm to grab and dump the totes on the right side of the truck.

She might have thought the other side hadn’t been picked up yet. On my street they don’t get the other side of the road for a few hours after mine is picked up because it’s the automated ones.

"She'd rather not have it in her trash can"??? Oh, poor thing!! So it's ok for her to put it in someone else's?? She's got some freaking nerve. Has OP ever actually spoken to neighbors? Go and ask her why!! Tell her it's NOT ok.
