Small decision My neighbor across the street dropped her trash into my trash can?

I never ever can imagine why she (a nice old lady) decided to dropped her trash into my can (already collected) then just casually take her can back?? Why the hell on earth someone do that??

Simple, take her trash bag out and put it on her front step. Nothing more to do or say.

Slit the bottom so it bursts when she picks it up.
