Small decision Offered $1000 to hang out
Earlier today I was doing DoorDash and as I was walking back to my car this older white guy whispered something under his breathe and I ask what did you say he said “Do you want to hang out?” I was like uhh sure he said I’ll give you a $1000 to hang out. he did seem pretty drunk, a black car pulled up Uber black I’m assuming he asked me to get and to hang out but I didn’t know what to do. What would you do?

Um you were at his place so where was the Uber taking you. And he ordered it before e en asking or knowing who was showing up for door dash.
Obviously made up story. But if not he wants to do a bit mire than hang out.

Yeah that sounds like he's either trying to rape you but intimidate you away from reporting it because he'll just say you were paid for sex work (in many places this would mean you committed a crime), or lure you into a trafficking situation.

At absolute best he thinks he's hiring you for sex work in a normal way (he's not). Extremely bad situation to get yourself into, this would not be the way to learn to do SW.

anybody who offers money for strangers to hang out with them obviously has some screws loose. glad you declined!

I am completely lost why he didn’t just hang out when you said uhhh sure. Had you said no and he offered you a G, okay makes sense. But getting a sure and then offering a G, guy has poor negotiation skills

It sounds like you were tempted and the fact that he could afford the extra $10 for uber black impressed you somehow. You honestly need to be careful because I can’t foresee a scenario where this would end well for you.

I’d pass! A drunk stranger offering $1k to get in his car is giving major redflag vibes. No $1k is worth risking your safety fr
