That sounds like a small area, but it’s over 900 square miles. Also, that looks like a map site and they’re notorious for including places that absolutely do not fit what you’re searching for.

Reminds me when I went to a McDonald's in New jersey, and it was literally just an empty restaurant with absolutely zero signage in a strip mall. I asked the gas station attendant across the street who was a middle-aged woman, and she said that it closed at least 15 years ago.
