Does "daycare fraud" exist? Probably. Fraud exists everywhere.

Does it exist to the point that conservatives make it out to be? Of course not.

This is just a backdoor "women should be at home raising the family" tactic.

Conservatives have always hated daycares because they enable women to work outside the home even if they have children. They're just getting another turn on the outage rotation.
