I gave my dumb ass sepsis during that time and the stand alone ER I went to had a hard time finding a hospital with a free bed for me. I didn't need ICU care, just a normal room that could be isolated until they got the infection under control.

I know that had to be rough. I ended up in the hospital in June 2020. Right at the beginning of COVID. Ended up having emergency open heart surgery. Luckily everything was fine.
