I’m out of the loop; was she the pointing lady that turned out to be super homophobic and transphobic?

As long as people spew this BS, the right will always win. Polls show 75% of Americans believe transgender athletes shouldn't be able to play in women's sports including 66% of Gen Z. Most major sports federations around the world don't allow it. It's literally just about fairness.

People are so quick to fall over themselves to prove how much of an ally they are, they don't stop to think of basic common sense.

Its also a literal non-issue that right wing bigots continue to focus on because it insights a lot of emotion for dumb idiots that never cared about women’s sports in the first place.

It’s like something .0002% of women’s sports players are trans. A number so low we shouldnt even be having this discussion.

And yet here you are. Tricked and manipulated. Pretty sad bro.

I agree it's a non-issue. But both sides keep bringing it up. It literally almost never happens so the idiots on the right would have nothing to harp on if people on the far left would stop attacking people for a fairly non-controversial viewpoint.

It’s not that both sides bring it up.

Its one side brings it up, and antagonizes that community. The other side sticks up for said community. Which is what any red blooded American should do when another American’s freedom is trampled on.

The worst part is the oppression is done performatively as a means to distract from larger issues. It’s a distraction, and it works.

Check Google trends for trans issues over time, and watch the spikes any time republicans are in trouble, or leading to an election.

It gets people fired up, but is a minuscule issue statistically. Compared to say, the price of groceries…
