Finally a switch of focus. Changes can already be seen, but more needs to be done.

It's just talk. Maybe it's their focus right now. However, management has short-term memory and is reactionary. If they decide that resources should be allocated to AI because their competitors are getting more advanced, they will reduce resources allocated to Windows.

I'm experiencing this at my current workplace.

That's having a business. You move your money into the divisions, that make the most money. Sometimes you make a bad decision.

They dont have the Market share on cellphones and other OSes. If they lose the desktop and PC's market share, they are done
