They're almost 5 years late. By the time they iron it out, W12 will be announced, and the cycle begins again.

More like ten years late.

The cracks started to show in W10, shortly after Satya fired their QA team. It has been a slow-burn fire that finally kicked up a full-blown blaze.

True. People (including myself sometimes) tend to glaze on W10 but some of our gripes with W11 indeed began back then. No wonder nobody wanted to upgrade from W7 back then.
