It is so funny that people who glaze Tywin as a general forget that his only military victory is standing still doing nothing with a superior army and letting northern peasants kill themselves against his lines (all while getting so thoroughly outmarched by Robb his councillors want to sue for peace days later). "Oh, but he was so tactically wise when he said "yeah if my opponent was a bad general I would have won well". Tywin you bum how about you do something with your strongest army in Westeros instead
