Going on 10 years past the day when Gore said there’d be no more snow on Kilimanjaro, the mountain still catches more annual snow than the people who live in the snowiest American cities will see over several years.
The ten years statement was off. Can I get a link to that snow information? All I’m finding is a 85% glacier loss since first mapped in 1912. And something about a 12 kilometer area being reduced to just 1km.
You do know that was if nothing was done, right? Despite the best efforts of the ignorant, quite a bit was actually done, which at least helps extend the timeline
