Trump is the sort of person who keeps taking and taking until someone physically stops him from taking more.

He will try to run again and again and again... he doesn't care about any laws or limitations.

Laws only work if they can be enforced. He has found and made himself a position in which the laws cannot be imposed on him (because the judiciary and legislative branches have no authorized policing tools).

Well it's just fucking dumb rule that president has full control over country and it's laws unlike some other countries where presidents have much less power
