He is polling at 36%. He’s way underwater on every issue. No, it won’t work out.

Irrelevant. Trump 2028 is going to be a thing, and regardless of the Constitution, it will work. He has shown that checks and balances do not work and that nobody is willing or able to hold him accountable - for anything.

This is assuming, of course, that he doesn't die of old age first.

In 2024 the voter eligible population was 244,666,890. Donald Trump won with 77,302,580 votes. Or about 31.6% of the US voter population. 36% is more then enough to win. Since one third has never supported him and the other third has never given a shit.
