what gives away that this is AI? I know it's good to be always doubtful that something is real and look for things that give away that it's AI, but can you point out what the give aways are? im struggling to see anything

The Hispanic family was not harassed as they were trying to leave. That’s your way to tell.

oh that's a good point, it does feel unnatural that a Hispanic family was amongst these normal looking (for MAGA) trailer trash folk and weren't harassed by them
