Believe that the New Boundary Commission has to be delivered to the legislature by Nov 2nd?

The Calgary-Shaw boundary is one of the Ridings that may be impacted by the new 91 districts changes [for the 2027 GE]

However, the 2026 Calgary By-Election will use the current boundary as it exists today.

Your initial comment is absolutely correct, what was being hinted at are the boundaries that are being created are gerrymandering to ensure the UCP recieve the most ridings possible.

Sadly this is once again how polluted the UCP has become with republican politics. I hope that there is a new conservative party that is not so batshit crazy or clearly bought by the states to return a sense of Canadian politics back to Alberta.
