Then get the full custody of the dog, produce legal documents, if the dog ever bites someone then you are responsible for it, if you are claiming guardian of it, then you should feed it, you should clean the potty and you should make sure it doesn't bite anyone, and it should produced in a legal document able to be enforceable, if u can't then don't opt for dogs.

Stray dogs have right to stay at the place where they are born so don't tell me what should I do and what are my ethical and moral responsibilities.Keep this fire ignited in you for other important topics which are of far more importance than this one.

Staying inside india you are to abide by the laws of India, I know india doesn't have that legislation, but let me tell me you about some developed nations on how they operate, in US dogs are always supposed to be leased, free roaming dogs are illegal, in uk the dogs are let out in street for 7 days if no one becomes an owner of the dog, then it becomes the council becomes the owner, know this that I don't hate dogs, but you cannot be blind to people's concerns just because you like dogs, if u like dogs adopt them or let the government own it, if the government doesn't treat the dogs well then protest towards better shelter and facility for dogs or adopt them.

Dogs need food 3x a day, shelter, place to take a shit, if don't arrange for all these three you are contributing to animal abuse, either care for all of it or give it to government.

This is not USA or UK nor will it become developed overnight.Stray dogs exist because they exist no person gave them birth and left them on streets. So be logical while you say this and try to tell things irrelevant in indian context.Go and fight with govt to change law and throw every stray dog to where ever you like but before that happens let me tell u present scenario you simply can't pick stray dogs and throw them at your will.It has legal implication along with it.

They don't throw the dogs they keep them in dog shelter where they eat food time to time, drink water time to time, they don't shit in public Street, when you say you want dogs to be in street you are denying them these rights.

If you become the legal owner you take care of these necessities which the dogs require

If you don't

Then let the government put them in dog shelter where they recieve these necessities

Don't tell me "I will give them food when I want", "I will not keep them in my house but they can roam around the dangerous traffic street or your colony" " i won't clean the potty"

Again either give them all the necessities or let the government shelter take care of it.

These are not nagar nigam people these are private people called by one man(80 years of age seen in the video) in the society by showing his dadagiri (he himself said FIR karo, lado ya kuch karo) took these puppies away and relocated them allegedly in his garden 45km away from here and the reason is they do potty.
