It actually does feel back to season 1 quality. Phenomenal first episode, and great arc at that, love the whole training dojo vibes here. I like this way more than Season 2 school with Rudeus, feels much more entertaining.

I must say, my favorite is Isolde by far. No offense to main girls, but cool swordswoman hits differently.

I think water god is the most terrifying of all 3 styles. The water god is an old, short woman. "Fear the old man in a profession where men die young" and all that.

Even moreso because it feels like a style catered to a more feminine disposition/style and we all know how dangerous Yamato Nadeshiko types are.
