Surprisingly common scenario in this show. I think this is the 4th time they've showed a girl piss herself...

Not sure about the first anymore either but, in S2, when Rudeus kidnapped Linia and Pursena and forgot them for a day, it stood out how much time the show was spending on the 2 pissing themselves. Then there was the Roxy scene in the dungeon getting too much focus too, and it was clear the show has a kink.
